How we Collaborate

The Collaborative’s work is rooted in partnership with residents, each other, and other government, non-profit, and for profit organizations. Organizationally, we work with our partners to leverage resources, and collect data and measure results to evaluate the progress of our action plan.

We believe that intentional neighborhood change is rooted in the needs and wants of the community. Residents are integrated throughout the collaborative to uplift their lived experiences, hold the collaborative accountable, and promote leaders who spearhead efforts to make Havenscourt a healthier place for all.
